Product Use

The mixer truck, a vital asset in the construction industry, is expertly designed for the efficient transport of concrete. Thanks to its distinctive shape, it is fondly referred to as the field snail car or olive car. These powerful trucks are equipped with cylindrical mixers that guarantee the smooth and effective delivery of mixed concrete to construction sites.
To preserve the quality of the concrete and prevent it from setting during transit, the mixing drum is kept in constant rotation. Upon delivery, the mixing cylinder is meticulously washed with water to eliminate any residual concrete, thus preventing hardening and ensuring the mixing cylinder's full capacity is available for subsequent loads.

Important Operational Guidelines

1. Thoroughly inspect all parts of the mechanical system before starting. Proceed only if everything is in optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position before starting the vehicle.
3. After starting, place the mixing lever in the 'discharge' position and remove any water from the cylinder.
4. When loading, position the stirring operating rod in the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position before transportation to prevent it from swaying.
6. When moving the joystick, pause in the 'neutral' position before shifting to the next position.
7. Maintain a clean construction environment. Dispose of excess materials responsibly. After unloading, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, tank, and rollers. When removing concrete clumps from the cylinder, ensure the vehicle is turned off, the key is removed, and someone outside the cylinder monitors the process.
