Upon delivery, the mixing cylinder is swiftly cleansed with water to expel any lingering concrete. This practice not only prevents hardening but also ensures the mixing cylinder's full capacity is preserved for subsequent loads.

Important Operational Guidelines

1. Conduct a meticulous inspection of all mechanical system components before initiating operations. Proceed only if every part is in optimal condition.
2. Confirm that the mixing lever is set to the 'neutral' position prior to starting the vehicle.
3. After ignition, position the mixing lever to the 'discharge' setting and expel any existing water from the cylinder.
4. For loading, adjust the stirring operating rod to the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position before transit to prevent any unwanted swaying.
6. When maneuvering the joystick, pause momentarily in the 'neutral' position before transitioning to the next setting.
7. Maintain a pristine construction environment. Avoid haphazard disposal of excess materials. Post-unloading, thoroughly cleanse the mixing drum, tank, and rollers. When extracting concrete remnants from the cylinder, ensure the vehicle is off, the key is removed, and external supervision is in place.
