Upon arrival at the construction site, the mixing cylinder undergoes a thorough wash with water, eliminating any residual concrete. This process not only prevents hardening but also ensures that the mixing cylinder is ready and fully available for future loads.

Important Operational Guidelines

1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all mechanical components before initiating operations. Proceed only if all parts are in optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is securely positioned in the 'neutral' position before starting the vehicle.
3. After ignition, switch the mixing lever to the 'discharge' position to expel any water from the cylinder.
4. During loading, adjust the stirring operating rod to the 'loading' position for optimal performance.
5. Secure the discharge chute in the 'traveling' position before transportation to prevent any movement or swaying.
6. When adjusting the joystick, pause momentarily in the 'neutral' position before transitioning to the next setting.
7. Uphold a spotless construction environment. Avoid indiscriminate disposal of excess materials. Post-unloading, meticulously clean the mixing drum, tank, and rollers. Ensure safety by turning off the vehicle, removing the key, and having an observer monitor the process when clearing concrete from the cylinder.
