The mixing drum of the Sinotruk Hydraulic Concrete Mixer Truck remains in continuous rotation during transit, ensuring the concrete preserves its fluid state. Upon arrival, the drum undergoes a thorough water rinse to prevent any residual concrete from hardening, thus maintaining its operational capacity and extending its service life.

 

 

 

Matters Needing Attention

1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all mechanical components before starting the vehicle. Proceed only if the system is verified to be in optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position before starting the engine.
3. Once the engine is running, switch the mixing lever to the 'discharge' position to expel any residual water from the cylinder.
4. During loading, set the stirring operating rod to the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position before transportation to prevent any swinging.
6. When maneuvering the joystick, always allow a brief pause in the 'neutral' position before moving to the next setting.
7. Uphold superior standards of civilized construction practices: avoid indiscriminate disposal of excess materials. After discharging, thoroughly clean the mixing drum, tank, roller, and other components. When entering the cylinder to remove concrete residues, ensure the vehicle is off, the key is removed, and supervision is provided from outside.
