Matters Needing Attention1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all components of the mechanical system before starting to ensure everything is in peak working order.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position before starting the vehicle.
3. Post-startup, switch the mixing lever to the 'discharge' position to clear any residual water from the cylinder.
4. When loading the mixer, set the stirring operating rod to the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the 'traveling' position before transportation to prevent any movement during transit.
6. When adjusting the joystick, it should briefly rest in the 'neutral' position before moving to the desired position.
7. Always maintain a clean workspace; never pour excess materials indiscriminately. After discharge, clean the mixing drum, tank, roller, and all associated parts. If accessing the cylinder to remove concrete clumps, ensure the vehicle is off, the key is removed, and someone is monitoring the situation from outside.
