The Mixer Truck is a specialized vehicle meticulously engineered to transport concrete for construction projects. Often called a field snail car or olive car due to its distinctive design, it features cylindrical mixers that guarantee the secure and efficient delivery of pre-mixed concrete.
The mixing drum rotates continuously during transit, preventing the concrete from setting. After delivery, the drum is thoroughly washed with water to remove any residual concrete, maintaining optimal capacity for subsequent use.

Matters Needing Attention1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all mechanical system parts before starting to ensure optimal working condition.
2. Before starting, make sure the mixing lever is in the "neutral" position.
3. After starting, shift the mixing lever to the "discharge" position to expel any water from the cylinder.
4. While loading, position the stirring operating rod to the "loading" position.
5. Secure the discharge groove in the "traveling" position prior to transportation to prevent it from swinging.
6. When maneuvering the joystick, briefly pause in the "neutral" position before moving to the next position.
7. Maintain a clean workspace; avoid pouring excess materials randomly. After discharging, clean the mixing drum, tank, roller, and related parts. If entering the cylinder to remove concrete clumps, ensure the vehicle is off, the switch key is removed, and someone monitors from outside.
