The Mixer Truck is a specialized vehicle masterfully engineered for transporting concrete to construction sites. Often referred to as the field snail car or olive car due to its iconic shape, this vehicle features cylindrical mixers essential for delivering ready-mixed concrete efficiently and effectively.
During transit, the mixing drum continuously rotates to keep the concrete from setting prematurely. After delivery, the mixing cylinder undergoes a thorough water wash to prevent any residual concrete from hardening, thus ensuring the drum remains at full capacity for future use.

Matters Needing Attention
1. Conduct a thorough inspection of all mechanical system parts before starting to ensure they are in optimal condition.
2. Ensure the mixing lever is in the 'neutral' position before starting the vehicle.
3. After starting, switch the mixing lever to the 'discharge' position to expel any water in the cylinder.
4. During loading, make sure the stirring operating rod is in the 'loading' position.
5. Secure the discharge chute in the 'traveling' position before transportation to avoid unnecessary swinging.
6. When maneuvering the joystick, pause in the 'neutral' position before moving to the next position.
7. Maintain excellent construction hygiene: do not indiscriminately dispose of excess materials from the bucket. After discharge, meticulously clean the mixing drum, tank, rollers, and other parts. Before entering the cylinder to remove concrete clumps, ensure the vehicle is turned off, the key is removed, and have someone outside to monitor the process.
