  The electric strut consists of several key components, including a ball and socket, Hall sensor, motor, reducer, screw, nut, and spring. When the controller module sends a command, the motor activates in either the forward or reverse direction. The torque is amplified through the reducer, which drives the screw to rotate. This action creates relative motion between the screw and the nut. With the assistance of a compression spring, the stay rod can either extend or retract. Additionally, the Hall sensor located at the rear of the motor provides feedback to the controller, allowing it to manage the open and closed positions of the stay rod accurately.

  The electric tailgate offers several convenient features for users. It automatically opens and closes with a simple touch of a switch or remote control, making it easy to operate while carrying heavy items. High-end models provide height control, allowing users to adjust the tailgate's opening height to prevent head injuries or ensure adequate clearance. Additionally, the intelligent induction feature detects obstacles while closing, automatically stopping the tailgate to avoid harm.
