Working Principle

  When the user presses the open switch (such as the switch inside the car, the switch outside the car or the remote control button), the control module receives the signal and starts the motor in the electric rod, and the motor pushes the piston rod out through the transmission mechanism, thus driving the tail door to open upward. During the opening process, the position sensor monitors the position of the tail door in real time. When the tail door reaches the fully open position, the control module controls the motor to stop running. When closed, the user presses the close switch, the control module starts the motor again, the motor runs in reverse, the driving piston rod is withdrawn, and the tail door is closed down. During the closing process, the pressure sensor continuously detects the pressure between the tailgate and the obstacle; If the pressure is detected to exceed the preset value, indicating that the tailgate encounters an obstacle, the control module will immediately stop the motor operation and reverse the tailgate to open a certain distance to prevent injury to personnel or damage to items.
