Working Principle

The air-suspended bag adjusts its shape and stiffness by inflating and venting. When the air in the air bag is compressed, the air bag expands to increase the suspension height of the vehicle; When the air is expelled, the air pocket shrinks, reducing the height of the vehicle. This adjustment process is controlled by the electronic control unit (ECU) in the air suspension system. Depending on the vehicle load and road conditions, the air suspension system can automatically adjust the air pressure in the air bag to maintain the stability and comfort of the body.

Air suspension airbags are widely used in luxury cars, SUVs, off-road vehicles, trucks, buses and other types of vehicles, especially in vehicles requiring high comfort, stability or carrying capacity.
