Principle

When the air suspension system needs to be inflated, the controller starts the motor, and the motor drives the pump body to rotate. The pump body sucks in air through the air inlet, compresses it, and then delivers the high-pressure air to the air spring through the air outlet. As air is continuously filled in, the air pressure inside the air spring gradually increases. When the pressure reaches the set value, the pressure sensor transmits a signal to the controller, which stops the motor operation and the air pump stops working. When the air pressure inside the air spring drops below the set value for various reasons, the controller will start the air pump again to replenish air, keeping the air suspension system always within the appropriate working pressure range.
