Introduction of Vehicle Damper

Shock absorbers are key components in the automobile suspension system. Their main function is to suppress the transmission of the reciprocating vibration of the spring and the impact of the road surface to the vehicle body. The shock absorber forms a damping force through the flow of hydraulic oil between internal valves, thereby effectively controlling the suspension movement and improving driving stability and comfort.

Main Functions

Impact buffer: absorb the vibration generated when the wheel contacts the road surface, and prevent the impact from being directly transmitted to the vehicle body.
Suppress spring rebound: effectively control the rebound speed of the spring after passing through potholes or speed bumps to prevent the vehicle from shaking continuously.
Improve handling: enhance cornering stability, reduce roll, nod and backward phenomena.
Protect chassis components: reduce early wear of the chassis, suspension system and frame caused by vibration.
Shorten braking distance: stabilize the body posture, improve the adhesion between the tire and the ground, and enhance the braking effect.
