Working Principle

The general shock absorber of automobile uses hydraulic damping technology, and the working process is mainly divided into two stages: compression and rebound. In the compression stage, the vehicle encounters bumps, the wheel rises to compress the suspension, the piston rod of the shock absorber moves downward, and the internal hydraulic oil flows through the valve to generate damping force and absorb the shock to reduce the body vibration; In the rebound stage, the wheels return to the normal position, the suspension recovers, the piston rod moves upward, and the hydraulic oil returns through different channels to control the spring rebound speed, prevent the body from shaking too much, and promote the vehicle to quickly restore stability.
