Principle of Shock Absorber
The core principle of ordinary shock absorber is hydraulic damping, and its working process includes compression stage and rebound stage. When the wheel bumps up, the piston moves down, forcing the internal hydraulic oil flow through the valve, generating damping force, thereby reducing the body vibration, so that the suspension system remains stable. This process is called the Compression Stroke. Subsequently, when the wheel returns to its normal position, the piston moves upward, and the hydraulic oil flows to the other side, gradually slowing down the Rebound speed of the suspension system, avoiding violent body shaking, and quickly restoring the vehicle to a stable state, a process called Rebound Stroke. Through such dynamic adjustment, the shock absorber effectively improves the driving stability, comfort and safety.
