Main Function

Shock Absorption and Comfort: The air spring itself has the characteristic of variable stiffness. When the air compressor inflates, the pressure inside the airbag increases and the stiffness becomes greater; when deflating, the pressure decreases and the stiffness becomes smaller. The system can automatically adjust the stiffness of the airbag according to road conditions and driving modes to absorb road vibrations and provide passengers with a smoother and more comfortable ride.
Load balancing: When the vehicle's load changes (such as being fully loaded or empty), the air suspension system will automatically adjust the air pressure in the airbags through the air pump to keep the vehicle body level, prevent it from sinking, and ensure driving stability and safety.

Working Process

Inflation stage: The motor drives the piston to compress air, which enters the air storage tank through the check valve. The machine will automatically stop when the pressure reaches the set value (such as 8bar).
Regulation stage: The control unit, based on the signal from the vehicle body height sensor, inflates or deflates the air spring through the distribution valve. Each regulation takes 3 to 5 seconds.
Safety protection: When the pressure exceeds 12bar, the safety valve opens to relieve pressure. The motor will automatically cut off power when it overheats.
