Description of Air Shock Absorbers

The air shock absorber's structure consists of two main parts, upper and lower, and each component works in concert. When the car experiences a bump, the lower component of the shock absorber is forced upward, forcing the oil in the lower part to move upward through the piston valve.

Wide adjustable stiffness range: By adjusting the inflation pressure, connection method, or volume of each chamber, the overall stiffness of the air spring can be flexibly changed, achieving "adaptive" load adjustment.

Excellent load balancing: The multi-chamber structure distributes the load more evenly across the spring, preventing deformation or failure caused by excessive localized loads in a single chamber. Especially in multi-axle vehicles or large equipment, the multi-chamber design of each air spring works together to balance the overall load, reducing tire wear and uneven loads on the equipment structure.
