When the ECU issues a command, the change in the current intensity of the electromagnetic coil alters the magnetic field strength: When the magnetic field strengthens, the magnetic particles in the magnetorheological fluid rapidly align into chains, the liquid viscosity increases instantaneously, and the shock absorber's damping force becomes stronger (hard mode); When the magnetic field weakens, the magnetic particles disperse, the liquid viscosity decreases, and the damping force becomes weaker (soft mode); Real-time dynamic adaptation: The entire "sensing-decision-adjustment" process takes only 5-10 milliseconds (far faster than human reaction speed), achieving synchronous response to changes in road conditions and damping.
