Working Principle

The axle shaft is an important part of the vehicle drive system, and its working principle is closely linked with the differential and drive wheels:

1. Power Path: Engine → Transmission → Drive Shaft → Differential → Axle Shaft → Drive Wheels, realizing the transmission of power from the engine to the wheels.

2. Steering/Jumping Adaptation: The universal joint allows the axle shaft to rotate and expand at multiple angles, ensuring uninterrupted power transmission when the vehicle turns or jolts.

3. Differential Coordination: The axle shaft cooperates with the differential to realize the speed difference between the left and right wheels, ensuring smooth steering of the vehicle and avoiding tire wear.
