BVEM | CaoDian Rubber Dam project vibro-replacement stone column construction on north canal XiangHe period
This vibro-replacement stone column construction is carrying out by BVEM. The measured buried depth of the stable groundwater level in the engineering area is 2.00 ~ 5.90m. After testing, the environmental water has sulfate type weak corrosivity to concrete.
The whole geology is Sandy. The lithology of the stratum is mainly sandy loam and sand. Bottom layer is four layers of medium fine sand liquefaction layer. The foundation treatment depth is required to be within 1m below the bottom of liquefaction layer.
The project adopts equilateral triangle pile arrangement, with pile diameter of 0.8m, pile depth of 15m, sheet pile spacing at the bottom of rubber dam of 2.5m, and retaining wall pile spacing on both banks of 2.0m. The filling amount per linear meter of pile body shall not be less than 0.7m3, and the construction period of vibro replacement stone column is 38500m, with a total construction period of 30 days.
At present, six units of BVEM 75kW vibroflot devices are working in this project at the same time.
