Vibro-bottom feed is an extension application of tranditional vibroflotation to expand the applicable range of vibroflotation technology.

A special vibroflotation method which can realize the filling material direct reaching at the real-time borehole bottom position of pile making through the feeding pipe attached to the vibroflotation equipment, and carries out the stone column or sand pile making.

Application 

The product has been successfully applied to the land construction of the bottom packing vibroflotation construction project of the new container terminal in Tiba Bay, East Timor. 

(1) Main construction equipment
The vibroflotation equipment adopts Beijing vibroflotation bjzc-bfs-400-180 double lock pressure silo bottom discharge vibroflotation system, and two construction barges are used to assemble 4 sets and 3 sets of bottom discharge vibroflotation systems in parallel. The construction feeding system adopts the automatic control belt conveying system, which can realize full-automatic construction through computer operation.

(2) Intelligent offshore bottom feed vibroflotation construction
The offshore vibroflotation construction of the project adopts the world's leading gravel pile construction management system. Through this system, combined with the full view video monitoring system, the constructors can realize automatic pile driving in the central control room set in the cabin, and achieve better construction control and construction efficiency than the construction in front of the crane.

(3) Construction effect

The offshore vibroflotation construction of bottom filler adopts the offshore GPS positioning system, and through the intelligent Vibroflotation Gravel Pile Construction management system, the construction of 17000 underwater gravel piles is completed in the construction area with a water depth of about 15 m, a maximum SPT of 70 blows and a maximum pile depth of 26 M. The construction efficiency and quality meet the expected requirements of the owner. It fully reflects the applicability of bottom discharge vibroflotation construction technology in water area construction.
