BAREMUL SQO-31 is a new type of emulsifier, a blend of polyether compounds, which is a strong W/O emulsifier that can emulsify a wide range of oil esters, thus making it possible to produce W/O pastes with a high aqueous phase (the aqueous phase can range from 70-85%).
- Highly efficient W/O emulsifier with dosage generally about 4%
- Can produce high water phase W/O stable paste
- Compatible with animal/vegetable fats, mineral fats, synthetic fats, and silicone oils
- Produces glossy, delicate, thick paste with good coating feeling
- Non-sticky, non-stretching texture

Add 4-5% into the oil phase, slowly add water phase into oil phase under high speed stirring to emulsify. Add preservatives into water phase when cold mixing. Add flavor into oil phase when temperature drops to about 50℃ during heating operation.
Note: Maintain consistent homogenization speed and time for each batch to ensure product quality consistency.
Packed in barrels. Store in cool, dry, ventilated conditions.
