Performance characteristics:
- Corrosion resistance: With high chromium and molybdenum content, it has strong corrosion resistance to organic acids, inorganic acids, especially chloride containing media. It can effectively resist pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and uniform corrosion, and its chloride ion corrosion resistance is better than stainless steel such as 2205
- Strength and toughness: The dual phase microstructure gives it both high strength and good toughness, with high yield strength and tensile strength, capable of withstanding large stress and impact loads, and suitable for structural components with high strength requirements
- Welding performance: The welding performance is good, and the connection point after welding has similar properties to the substrate, but suitable welding processes and materials need to be used to ensure quality
- High temperature resistance: It can maintain good strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, has high oxidation resistance and thermal stability, and can be used in certain high-temperature environments
