Working principle:

It is an inertia synchronizer, mainly composed of a coupling sleeve, a synchronous lock ring, etc. When shifting gears, the inner conical surface of the synchronous lock ring contacts the outer conical surface of the gear ring to be engaged to produce friction. Under the action of the friction torque, the gears with different speeds quickly reach synchronization. At the same time, the design of the locking angle and the cone surface will produce a locking effect to prevent the gears from meshing before synchronization. When the two rotate synchronously, the coupling sleeve engages with the synchronous lock ring gear without hindrance, and further engages with the gear ring of the gear to be engaged to complete the shifting process.
