Working principle of the filter
The fuel filter is connected in series on the pipeline between the fuel pump and the throttle body oil inlet. The function of the fuel filter is to filter the iron oxide contained in the fuel. The structure of the fuel filter is composed of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel inside. The bracket is equipped with a high-efficiency filter paper sheet, which is in the shape of a chrysanthemum to increase the flow area. The EFI filter cannot be used in conjunction with the carburetor filter. Because the EFI filter often withstands a fuel pressure of 200-300KPA, the pressure resistance of the filter is generally required to reach more than 500KPA, while the carburetor filter does not need to reach such a high pressure.
Generally, there are various impurities in gasoline, and the fuel tank will also precipitate a certain amount of dirt after long-term use. The above reasons will affect the quality of gasoline. The function of the gasoline grid is to filter the above impurities. The gasoline in the fuel tank is filtered by the gasoline grid and reaches the combustion chamber of the engine, and its cleanliness and purity can be effectively guaranteed.
