Working principle: Generally speaking, the hydraulic lock assembly is mainly composed of core components such as lock block (lock hook), stop block, small hydraulic cylinder, sensor assembly and return spring. When locking, the small cylinder releases pressure, the cab's deadweight pushes the lock block to move in the locking direction, and the stop block also moves in the locking direction under the action of the return spring to achieve locking; when unlocking, the small cylinder injects hydraulic oil, the cylinder pushes the stop block to run in the opposite direction, the stop block runs to the release position, and the lock block is unlocked under the action of the return spring.
