Production Description
The clutch pressure plate is the active part of the clutch, usually made of metal and fixed to the flywheel by screws.
When the clutch is engaged, the pressure plate presses against the clutch friction plate, and the engine power is
transmitted to the transmission input shaft through the friction plate; when the clutch is disengaged, the pressure
plate moves toward the transmission, and the power transmission is cut off.
