Product Introduction:

The truck relay valve is an important component of the automobile air brake system. It is mainly composed of a housing, a piston, a valve core and a return spring. It has four working ports: an input port, an output port, a control port and an exhaust port. The air inlet is connected to the air reservoir, and the air outlet is connected to the brake air chamber. When the brake pedal is pressed, the output air pressure of the brake valve is used as the control pressure input of the relay valve. Under the control pressure, the air inlet valve is pushed open, and the compressed air enters the brake air chamber directly from the air reservoir through the air inlet without flowing through the brake valve, which greatly shortens the inflation line of the brake air chamber and accelerates the inflation process of the air chamber.
