Functions

Filtering function: Filter the compressed air entering the truck's air system, which can effectively filter out dust, impurities, oil and moisture in the air. Prevent these pollutants from entering the double H valve, shift cylinder and other parts of the gearbox, avoid damage to the parts due to wear of impurity particles, or corrosion and jamming of the parts due to moisture and oil, which will affect the normal shifting operation and service life of the gearbox.
Decompression function: Reduce and stabilize the compressed air pressure from the auxiliary air system within a suitable range, generally reducing the pressure to 4.1-4.4bar. Ensure that the air pressure entering the double H valve and shift cylinder is at the specified value, prevent excessive pressure from impacting these parts, causing problems such as damage to the seals, deformation of the cylinder or failure of the double H valve, and ensure that the gearbox shift mechanism can work under stable and appropriate air pressure.
Pressure stabilization function: It can keep the output air pressure stable and reduce pressure fluctuations. It makes the gearbox shifting operation smoother and more precise, avoids problems such as untimely gear shifting, gear shifting shock or inadequate gear shifting due to air pressure fluctuations, improves driving comfort and controllability, and also helps protect the gears, synchronizers and other transmission components inside the gearbox and extend their service life.
