Product Introduction:

The compressed air from the air dryer enters the four-circuit protection valve through the air inlet, enters the four circuits of the system through the bypass hole and the one-way valve, and builds up pressure under the valve. When the set opening pressure is reached, the valve opens, the diaphragm bulges against the spring force, and then the compressed air flows into the corresponding circuit through the air outlet. Generally, outlets 21 and 22 correspond to the front axle brake system and the middle and rear axle brake systems, and outlets 23 and 24 are connected to the parking brake system and the auxiliary brake system respectively. If a circuit fails, the air of other circuits will supplement the failed circuit until the dynamic closing pressure is reached. At this time, the spring force closes the valve to protect the other circuits above the safety pressure.
