Front Brake Slack Adjuster AZ9100440005 Front Brake Adjusting Arm For Sinotruk Howo Steyr STR Heavy Truck

Automatic Slack Compensation: As brake clearance increases due to wear, the mechanism automatically advances by one tooth during the brake return stroke, precisely restoring the clearance to the normal range and preventing braking lag caused by excessive or insufficient gaps.

High-Strength Construction: The housing is made of high-strength steel, while the internal worm gear and worm shaft undergo heat treatment to enhance load-bearing capacity and wear resistance.

Designed for Front Axle Brakes: The AZ9100440005 Front Brake Slack Adjuster mounts onto the front axle brake camshaft to regulate clearance; it is compatible with the braking systems of heavy-duty trucks such as Sinotruk HOWO Steyr.

Functional Performance: The housing offers high strength and impact resistance, ensuring it does not easily fracture or deform under the jarring conditions of chassis operation; the worm gear mechanism provides smooth adjustment and resists loosening during braking.
