HGM6100N-4G series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent, network technology, used for single generator set automation and monitoring system, to achieve the generator set automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and "three remote" functions. The controller adopts large-screen liquid crystal (LCD) display, Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, French 8 languages optional interface operation, simple operation, reliable operation.
HGM6100N-4G series power station automation controller adopts 32-bit microprocessor technology to realize precision measurement, set value adjustment, timing, threshold setting and other functions of a variety of parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through the USB interface of the PC, or through the RS485 interface of the PC. Its compact structure, simple connection, high reliability, can be widely used in various types of generator set automation system.
HGM6100N-4G series generator set controller built-in network communication module, the generator set can be connected to the Internet, the controller logs in the cloud server, the data information of the unit (including: GPS location, altitude, etc.) is uploaded to the corresponding cloud server in real time. Users can monitor the generator set and query the operating status and history of the generator set in real time through mobile APP(IOS or Android system), computers and other terminal devices, and configure controller parameters through the cloud server. The HGM6100N-4G series is available in 4 models: HGM6110N-4G/6110CAN-4G: Used for single-machine automation, through the remote start signal control generator set automatic start and stop; HGM6120N-4G/6120CAN-4G: On the basis of HGM6110N-4G /6110CAN-4G, it adds the function of mains power monitoring and automatic switching control (AMF) of mains/power generation, which is especially suitable for single-machine automation system composed of one city and one machine.
Note 1: HGM6110CAN-4G /6120CAN-4G has RS485 interface, HGM6110N-4G /6120N-4G does not have RS485 interface. Note 2: HGM6110CAN-4G /6120CAN-4G has CAN interface, HGM6110N-4G /6120N-4G has no CAN interface.
