The functions that can be realized are as follows: 1, three-phase voltage display, three-phase current display, frequency display; 2, running time accumulation; 3, oil pressure display, lubricating oil temperature display, start battery voltage detection; 4, oil pressure alarm/shutdown protection, high lubricating oil temperature alarm/shutdown protection, overspeed protection function, emergency shutdown; 5, can achieve manual start control and automatic start (self-start within 5 seconds) control and other functions; 6, three startup failure protection; 7, can realize the power conversion function; 8, with a perfect three-remote function and intuitive and simple graphical interface, through ordinary telephone lines and modems, it can be remotely controlled and monitored by a PC, its software is suitable for WINDOWS environment. The generator set must be operated by the designated personnel, and the operation manual and regulations must be read carefully before operation: Before starting: 1. Check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal; 2. Check the oil level (ensure that the oil level is between the maximum and minimum value of the dipstick scale); Check whether the fuel is sufficient and there is no leakage. Start-up and operation 1. Open the electric lock, press the manual lock, and then press the start button for 2 seconds to release; 2. After the unit starts, pay attention to observe whether the diesel engine speed and oil pressure are normal; 3, the controller shows that the unit is running normally before closing power supply, such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, speeding, the control system will automatically alarm and automatically stop. During the operation of the generator set, do not disconnect the battery and stop the machine 1. After the completion of power generation, first cut off the load switch and press the stop button, and the stop delay is 40 seconds; 2. Check the unit for leakage after shutdown; 3.
