The pressure sensor is connected to the intake manifold with a vacuum tube, and with the different speed load of the engine, the vacuum change in the intake manifold is induced, and then the resistance change in the sensor is converted into a voltage signal for the ECU to correct the injection amount and ignition timing Angle.
The sensitive element inside the inlet pressure sensor is a piezoresistive. When the pressure in the inlet acts on the piezoresistive, the piezoresistive deformation occurs, thus changing its resistance value. The signal conversion circuit of the intake pressure sensor converts the resistance value of the piezoresistive into a voltage signal, and filters out the noise signal through the filter circuit, and finally outputs it to the control system.
