The Drum Seeder sows both pilled and bare seeds accurately and at high speed. The drum's innovative design and the controllable, double vacuum system allows the seeds to be singulated and positioned very well. For several seed varieties, this will eliminate the need for pilling as a requirement for good sowing results.

In many cases, this translates into considerable cost savings. The machine also allows for sowing multiple seeds per cell. By sowing the trays across the width, higher capacity is achieved at a lower speed, which is a significant contribution to precision.

Working theory: 

Air aspiration type seeder is use the high speed fan to produce negative pressure, and pass on to the vacuum chamber of the seeding machine. When seeding tray returned, it will adsorb the seed and rotate with the seed tray. When the seed rool out the vacuum chamber, it will not bear negative pressure, and fall down to the tray by the self weight.

3) One tray per seeding, high efficiency, the capacity is 220-240 per hour.

4) The seeding accuracy is more than 95%-98%.

5) Have the equipment of seed recovery after seeding.

1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
