Welding Process
- Place plastic pipe into clamping frame and fasten pipe firmly, leaving 5-8cm gap
- Install milling cutter into frame, turn feeding wheel forward to enhance strength for milling
- After milling is finished, withdraw milling cutter - pipe section remains smooth
- Heat pipe end with heater at constant temperature based on pipe diameter and environmental conditions
- After heating, move heater away rapidly and butt joint pipe ends using hydraulic unit
- Adjust butt joint pressure force according to pipe diameter and environmental temperature
- When welding temperature reduces to environmental temperature, move pipe away - achieving full butt joint strength equal to or better than pipe material strength
