The DZA Door Sawing and Milling Machining Center is a multi-functional integrated CNC machine specially developed by Shuping Seiko for modern door manufacturing enterprises. It successfully integrates door panel squaring, profiling, hollowing and processing of all hardware mounting positions into one unit, realizing one-stop production from raw materials to finished doors.

Equipped with a self-developed PNC intelligent operating system and combined with innovative QR code scanning processing technology,  such as reliance on manual transfer, cumbersome debugging and slow response to customization. Whether for standard doors or high-end custom doors, the DZA series ensures micron-level precision (0.01mm) and perfect anti-chipping technology while reducing lock hole processing time to just 60 seconds. It helps enterprises significantly cut labor and operating costs and achieve flexible and intelligent production transformation.
