Automatic Hot Melt Round Bottle Labeling Machine 12000-18000 BPH 60% Glue Saving
Designed for round bottle labeling in liquor, beverage, fruit juice, sauce and daily chemical industries, our automatic hot melt labeling machine is developed to help manufacturers cut costs and improve production quality. Equipped with eight high-precision servo motors and multi-servo synchronous control system, it supports quick fine-tuning of labeling head position with smooth operation and stable labeling precision. Featuring low failure rate during long-term operation, it greatly cuts downtime and manual adjustment cost. All models come with standard balancer and two separate automatic lubrication systems for main machine and labeling station, which automatically lubricate core moving parts regularly to reduce manual maintenance, slow component abrasion and extend equipment service life.

Outfitted with durable silent cutting blade with service life up to 26 million single-edge cuts, it delivers neat cutting without broken labels or jamming issues. The adjustable vacuum suction drum fits round containers of different sizes easily, enabling flexible production of multiple products on one single machine. Our self-developed energy-saving gluing unit is a standout advantage, reducing glue consumption by 60% versus conventional labelers to slash raw material expense. Less residual glue accumulation extends cleaning intervals and avoids frequent production halts. Optional automatic label splicing is available for high-speed unmanned production to boost overall line efficiency and output.
