High Speed Combined Self Adhesive Hot Melt Labeling System With Modular Expandable Label Stations And German Beckhoff PLC
Our heavy-duty 30-station rotary labeler handles both self-adhesive and hot melt labeling for high-speed mass production. Running on a 38KW AC380V 50Hz power supply, it delivers variable output from 26,000 up to 36,000 bottles hourly, supporting round bottles under φ85mm and standard 500ml square containers. With stepless speed adjustment and consistent ±1mm labeling accuracy, it uses separate roll holders sized for self-adhesive and hot melt label cores. Weighing 8,500kg and measuring L4500×W2500×H2500mm, the machine features durable helical gear drive and full servo control to sustain non-stop long-shift operation.

Stable Precision Servo Labeling
Independent servo unwinding, auto web correction and servo feed rollers lock cutting accuracy at ±1mm. A servo-driven vacuum transfer drum works with our in-house gluing unit to avoid misalignment, while electric height adjustment speeds up format changes.

Beckhoff PLC Automated Control
Fully automatic operation links variable frequency speed to bottle feed flow. Built-in logic halts feeding and gluing when no bottles or labels are detected to eliminate waste. Internal helical gears offer large contact surfaces, minimal backlash, even load distribution, high torque and long service life.
Add dual front-back labeling stations, oversized label reels or custom clamping fixtures for square bottle formats.
