※ Product Features:

The 1600℃ ultra-high temperature box furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel, and the furnace is made of fused corundum or lined plate masonry.

The "U" type silicon molybdenum holder is evenly hung on both sides of the furnace. Aluminum oxide foam, aluminum silicate fiber and other thermal insulation materials are laid between the furnace shell and the furnace lining, and the silicon molybdenum cupped wire at the top of the high-temperature box furnace is equipped with a protective cover to ensure safety.

The furnace door is fixed on the panel of the box-type furnace by the long arm of the multi-stranded chain. When closed, the door buckle can make the furnace door close to the furnace mouth. The interlock switch is installed under the furnace mouth, and the working power can be automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened.

The thermocouple for measurement is inserted through a thermocouple hole in the top of the furnace and secured by a fixing base.
