Furnace chamber assembled with high-purity lightweight microporous ceramics with outer layer alumina fiber insulation. Molybdenum disilicide rods vertically installed around furnace with hollow burning table design for uniform temperature field and extended service life.
Dual-screw electric lifting with horizontal feeding/discharging structure and four guide rods ensure stable, vibration-free operation. Double travel switch protection provides convenient and safe operation.
Closed-loop negative feedback control with imported PID parameter self-tuning instruments. Features over-temperature, under-temperature and thermocouple break alarm functions with one-key start design.
Program-controlled fresh air preheating with hot air circulation exhaust ensures complete debinding. Phased rate adjustment cooling prevents cracking risks. Exhaust gas purified by high-temperature cracking with intelligent start/stop for energy efficiency.
