Shell structure

The shell of the medium temperature car furnace is welded by steel plate and section steel, which is not only strong and durable, but also can effectively protect the internal components from the external environment. The bottom of the furnace body is integrated with the trolley light rail, so that the user does not need to carry out infrastructure during installation, just place it on the flat cement floor to start using, greatly simplifying the installation process and saving space.

Lining structure

There are two common structural forms of the lining of the trolley furnace: one is the ultra-energy-saving all-ceramic fiber high-voltage module structure, and the other is the composite lining ultra-lightweight energy-saving fire-insulating brick masonry, and the aluminum silicate fiber blanket is placed in the sandwich for insulation. Both structures can significantly improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss. In addition, heavy anti-collision bricks are used in the furnace and heavy high-aluminum anti-pressure bricks are used in the car surface, which help to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure safe operation.

Car design

Heating element
