※ Product Features:

1. The electric furnace is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, crucible and other parts.

2. The furnace shell is a barrel-shaped furnace body welded by section steel and steel plate. The lining of the furnace is built with refractory bricks, and the insulation material is filled between the refractory bricks and the furnace shell.

3. The heating element is placed on the partition brick inside the furnace, the crucible is installed in the center of the furnace body, and the upper part is equipped with two rotating semi-circular furnace covers.

4. Insert the thermocouple in two places, one into the crucible and the other into the furnace.
