R series well type gas nitriding furnace is energy-saving type gas nitriding furnace. It adopts energy-saving lining double water cooled furnace pot cover, vacuum rubber seal and upper and lower zone pull temperature or multi-zone temperature control. So that the electric furnace insulation, furnace temperature uniformity, sealing, ammonia infiltration speed have been greatly improved, the furnace type is consistent with international standards. The shell of this series of well type gas nitriding furnace is made of steel plate and welded steel. The lining is made of ultra-lightweight, high-strength 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving firebrick. The lining is sandwiched with aluminum silicate fiber and then filled with expanded vermiculite powder for insulation. The heating element is made of high temperature electric positive wire and finally formed into spiral, which is installed on the shelf of the furnace lining, and a stainless steel furnace pot is installed in the furnace yard. The furnace is equipped with a double-head stainless steel instillator for instillating ethanol, and the temperature atmosphere in the furnace is uniform. The furnace cover is equipped with sampling tube, exhaust pipe and input tube on the upper side wall of the furnace can be used for ammonia input. The furnace tank and the furnace cover are sealed with water-cooled vacuum rubber and equipped with a compression bolt. The exhaust gas in the furnace is discharged out of the furnace through the exhaust pipe.
