HRQ2 double chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace is a horizontal double chamber oil quenching and gas cooling vacuum furnace.

It is composed of furnace body, heating chamber, cooling device, inlet and outlet mechanism, vacuum system, electrical control system, water cooling system and recharge gas system.

This type of furnace is mainly oil quenching, and gas quenching is auxiliary. The heating chamber of the furnace is made of graphite felt and aluminum silicate fiber felt, and the heating element is graphite cloth or graphite tube. The furnace has high thermal efficiency, good temperature uniformity, and can realize rapid heating. ZC2 and HZC2 furnaces make the shells of heating chamber furnace body, quenching chamber, oil tank and intermediate door into a whole structure, which is conducive to obtaining and maintaining vacuum. The transfer mechanism of WZC type furnace adopts fork type structure, does not enter oil, and the preparation chamber is short. Temperature and mechanical action are controlled by microcomputer.
