WZSC, HZSC double-chamber water quenching vacuum furnace is composed of furnace body, heating chamber, quenching water tank, intermediate vacuum heat insulation gate, workpiece transfer mechanism, vacuum unit, recharge gas system, electric control system and water cooling system.

The heating chamber and quenching water tank of the furnace are equipped with vacuum units respectively.

The quenching tank vacuum unit must prevent large amounts of water vapor volatilization.

The furnace has strict operating procedures.
