TC oil seals, also known as lip seals, consist of a metal shell and a flexible lip made of an elastomeric material. The lip is in contact with the shaft and forms a barrier to prevent the ingress of pollutants and the escape of lubricant.TC oil seals are typically used in applications that require medium sealing performance, such as automotive engines, gearboxes and pumps.
The rubber material of TC type oil seal has good elasticity and abrasion resistance, and can adapt to various working environments and temperature changes. Common rubber materials include Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluorine Rubber (FKM), Silicone Rubber (SR), etc. Different rubber materials have different performance characteristics, such as oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

- The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal.
- Used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust.
