1. TC oil seals, also known as lip seals, consist of a metal shell and a flexible lip made of an elastomeric material. The lip is in contact with the shaft and forms a barrier to prevent the ingress of pollutants and the escape of lubricant.TC oil seals are typically used in applications that require medium sealing performance, such as automotive engines, gearboxes and pumps.

- One spring
- The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure
- Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2)
- Oil Resistance, Heat Resistance,Wear Resistance
- The temperature range is generally between - 40°C and 250°C
- Common rubber materials include nitrile rubber (NBR), fluoroelastomer (FKM)
