TC Type Oil Seal - Outer Rubber, Inner full cover, double lip type oil seal with spring inside, also known as Lip Seal. It is one of the common standard types of skeleton oil seals currently available, also known as lip seals.

Purpose:

TC type oil seals are widely used in automobile engines, transmissions, differentials, wheel hubs and other parts for sealing various lubricants, fuels and other liquids. 

Nitrile rubber oil seals mainly have the following characteristics:

1.  Good oil resistance: it has good resistance to oil, can keep good sealing performance and effectively prevent oil leakage.
2.  Good abrasion resistance: it can work for a long time under certain friction environment, reduce wear and prolong the service life of oil seal.
3.  Wide temperature adaptability: can work in a wide range of temperature, the general working temperature is often between -40℃ - 120℃.
4.  Good elasticity: it can be tightly fitted on the shaft, so as to ensure the sealing effect.

Fluorine rubber oil seal has the following characteristics:​

1.  Excellent temperature resistance: FKM rubber has outstanding high temperature resistance and can work effectively in a wide temperature range from -40℃ to 250℃.
2.  Good chemical resistance: It can maintain stable performance in harsh chemical environments, and can be used in petrochemical, chemical processing and other fields.
3.  High durability: robust material, suitable for demanding equipment and systems that require long-term stable operation.
4.  Good aging resistance: no significant performance degradation after a long time of use, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
