High Pressure NBR TC Shaft Oil Seals Industrial Sealing Oil Resistance Sealer
TC type oil seal consists of three parts: rubber sealing lip, metal skeleton and spring.
The rubber sealing lip is the part in contact with the shaft surface and is shaped like a lip to closely fit the shaft surface and prevent oil leakage.
The metal skeleton provides support and stability to ensure that the oil seal maintains its shape during installation. The spring acts to increase the pressure on the sealing lip so that it can better fit the shaft surface.
There are one or more lips on the inside of the sealing lip of the oil seal, and these lips can increase the sealing effect and prevent oil leakage. The shape and angle of the lip varies according to different application requirements, generally acute or right angle.
The rubber material of TC type oil seal has good elasticity and abrasion resistance, and can adapt to various working environments and temperature changes. Common rubber materials include Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluorine Rubber (FKM), Silicone Rubber (SR), etc. Different rubber materials have different performance characteristics, such as oil resistance, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance.
