Structure
The outer layer is an iron shell, designed for steel rotating shafts or cast iron pool holes. For sealing, single lip with spring, low coefficient of friction, pressure resistance about 0.03Mpa.
1. Metal type oil seal with sealing medium on one side and outer ring for use in clean field.
2. Not only used for lubrication of machinery, but also prevents leakage of water, chemicals, gases, etc. from the crevices of machinery.
3. Prevents intrusion of dust or sand from outside.
4. Optimizes the difference in film thickness between push and pull strokes by distributing the contact pressure of the seal.
5. A rubber sealing lip is sintered to a metal ring to seal the moving parts.
Features of Oil Seal Materials
According to the different use of media, pressure and temperature, choose different materials. Common materials include: NBR, FKM, Silicone Rubber, etc.
